PayiQ has purchased the business operation of Evenman Oy, the company that has developed Eventmore platform for event organizers. With this acquisition PayiQ can offer more diverse and comprehensive mobility and experience services.
This deal strengthens PayiQ’s supply in its core business areas, smart cities, rural mobility and tourism/experience services. Especially the selection of experience services and the combination of various products and services will broaden and develop. At the same time PayiQ’s app supply will grow. Asuntomessut app, based on Eventmore-platform, is already available on applications stores.
At the core of the Eventmore platform are modifiable event applications, designed for event organizers, cities and tourist resorts and a versatile administration portal. The app helps customers to get more out of events by providing information on program, timetables and transport services. To event organizers it is a reliable and easy tool with which they can inform about the event and keep in touch with their mobile public.
“This is a great climax to the cooperation between Evenman Oy and PaiQ. With this deal Eventmore platform can offer more comprehensive services to event organizers and their audiences. In addition, the integration of Eventmore and PayiQ platforms brings forth new interesting possibilities, for example to cities and other public communities to combine event and transport services and improve customer experience” says Max Druey, the founder of and Chairman of the Board at Evenman Oy.
“Purchasing the business operation of Evenman Oy was a natural continuum in developing our own business as the provider of more versatile and comprehensive mobile service platform. We have cooperated with the developers of Eventmore earlier and were very happy with the results. By integrating our own Ticketing as a Service platform to Eventmore’s platform we can offer our customers even better service. Customers get everything from one app: event information and the possibility to buy tickets and pay for other event related products and services” tells PayiQ’s CEO Tuomo Parjanen.
