The PayiQ Tickets app can be used for the public transport of three new cities. The bus tickets of Hämeenlinna, Rauma and Salo have been added to the ticket range this year and more cities are coming up.
Three more cities have joined the PayiQ Tickets mobile app this year. Starting from January the ticket selection grew with single and day tickets of the Rauman Gyyt traffic. In the beginning of March Hämeenlinna’s single and day tickets to zones A-D were added, along with single tickets for Salo’s local traffic Paikku. Tickets are bought via the app and validated with reading devices in buses.
PayiQ Tickets can be downloaded for free for smart phones from Google Play and App Store. The mobile app supports all the most common payment methods, for example operator billing, bank and credit cards, MobilePay, Apple Pay and Pivo. The app can be used to buy local traffic bus tickets in several Finnish cities and also long-distance travel tickets.
“We are happy to welcome new cities to the PayiQ Tickets app. We have made it very easy for new operators to join in and start selling tickets through our app. PayiQ Tickets has a wide range of both local and intercity traffic tickets around Finland. The app’s advantage to users are convenience and efficiency – you only need one app to buy to buy tickets in multiple cities. And even more cities are joining the app soon” tells PayiQ’s CEO Pirkka Lankinen.
