PayiQ took part in the meeting of the Subgroup on cooperation between Finland and the Republic of Tatarstan
Elena Lipchenko from PayiQ’s Russian office has taken part in the meeting of the subgroup on cooperation between Finland the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia. The session was chaired by Ms. Ilona Lundström, Director of the Innovation and Corporate Finance Department of the Ministry of Employment and Economic Development of Finland. The Chairman of the Russian part of the Subgroup was Mr. Timur Samatov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan.
One of the topics of the meeting was devoted to digitalization. Elena held a presentation about smart ticketing for smart transit and the way digital payments can be quickly integrated into public transport operations and improve passengers’ experience. PayiQ presented its Ticketing as a Service platform based on the case study of UmKA application in the city of Ryazan to show how quickly and efficiently the solution can be rolled out.
Currently PayiQ is working on White label applications for smart ticket solutions in other Russian cities.
