A mobile ticket can be purchased with a smart phone application. The application works with the latest Windows, Android and iOS phones. Using the application requires registration and selection of the preferred payment method.
Available payment methods include Svea billing, debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), operator billing and MobilePay. Ticket prices may include a payment method surcharge that is shown when choosing tickets.
You can buy single tickets and season tickets (30 days) with the application. The validity period of a mobile ticket begins from the time of purchase. Single tickets are valid for 45 min. Mobile ticket is read on the bus with a reader device (QR code) or checked manually by the driver (the remaining validity time of the ticket is displayed along with the QR code). Please ensure that your phone has enough battery life to last the entirety of the journey.
Language options: English, Finnish and Swedish.
The ticket is valid on the Hyvinkään Liikenne Oy buses. You must be able to present the ticket to the bus driver when entering the vehicle. Please make sure that the phone battery will last through the whole trip.
After you have bought the ticket it will appear in the Products tab where you can find all your valid tickets, and information on previously purchased tickets. Ticket's remaining validity time is shown above the QR code.
You can buy more than one ticket with the same phone, for example for your child or for your friend.
