“We want to be closely involved in the digitalization of mobility services as per our strategy. In this sector PayiQ is a significant partner for us. We provide easy and safe buying online and in digital services. Through us our partners can offer their customers various payment methods from credit cards to mobile wallets. We actively develop mobile and payment services that benefit and ease our customers’ everyday life. By combining our offerings, we can serve our fast-growing shared customer base even better than before.” tells Perttu Kröger, the CEO of Checkout Finland.
“We have been very content with our cooperation with Checkout and are happy that it will continue even stronger. Our overall supply will expand and at the same time we can focus on developing our award-winning Ticketing as a Service platform. This benefits all our customers from traffic operators and event organizers to end-users.” says PayiQ’s CEO Tuomo Parjanen, and continues: “Our customers will see this cooperation as new, evolved services. Clearance and reporting services will become more automatized and clearance schedules can be flexibly altered to meet customers’ needs. At the same time, we can offer new payment methods, such as OP Financial Group’s Pivo mobile payment. We are developing other payment methods in close cooperation with OP Financial Group and Payment Highway. Our selection will also include new payment methods that suit the international markets.”
